Level 3 Training

We will be hosting our Navien Level 3 Training on the dates below. We provide comprehensive instructions on the installation, maintenance, and operation of Navien units. The training typically covers topics such as proper sizing, venting requirements, and troubleshooting common issues. Through hands-on demonstrations and interactive sessions, trainees gain practical skills in diagnosing problems, performing routine maintenance, and optimizing the performance of Navien units.

These are one-day classes with lunch provided. Please choose one date when submitting below.

Service Parts Kits

Service repair kits will be available to purchase prior to completing the class at a discounted rate of $275. If you are interested in a kit, we will need a PO from your wholesaler two week before the class or you may be responsible for applicable freight charges. ***Each attendee is eligible to receive one parts kit, which will be provided upon successful completion of the training class. A purchase order (PO) from your preferred wholesaler is required and must be submitted no earlier than 30 days prior to the training date or within 10 days following the class. The PO must include the training date, the attendee’s full name, and their company affiliation.
