This is a quick reference guide to the changes being made to improve our reliability.
We’re pleased to announce important updates to our stocking order process, effective December 5, 2024. Here’s a quick look at what’s new:
• Service Levels: Clear, targeted delivery timelines—Prime (10/15 days), Standard (15 days), and Non-Standard (20-25 days). The previous Catalog category has been eliminated; products are now included in the Non-Standard Service Level Category.
• Truckload Quantities: (Points by model will be shared on the Net Sheets and Online Truckload Calculator)
o Half = 47-52 Points
o Full = 96-104 Points
• Automatic Backorder Cancellation: Backorders for Prime and Standard items will be automatically canceled.
• LTL Ordering Option: Smaller orders of up to three units now available with crating and freight adder. Contact Inside Sales for pricing.
These improvements are designed to give you a more reliable, efficient ordering experience.”

The policies in this document apply to distributor stock orders only. This will not affect quoted jobsite direct orders.

Service Level Categories (SLC)
1) Prime Stock – Includes ICON Tub Shower Models
Use the Point System or Online Freight Calculator to determine Full and Half Quantities
b. Full Truck Load Orders Targeted Delivery in 10 Business Days
c. Half Truck Load Orders Targeted Delivery in 15 Business Days
2) Standard Stock – High Volume Net Sheet Models
Order in Half or Full Truck Load Quantities
b. Use the Point System or Online Freight Calculator to determine Full and Half Quantities
c. Targeted Delivery in 15 Business Days
3) Non-Standard Stock
Order in Half and Full Truck Load Quantities
b. Targeted Delivery in 20-25 Business Days
c. Must use the Online Freight Calculator to determine accurate half and/or full truck quantities.
SLC categories can be mixed on purchase orders in half and full truckload quantities. The lead time will default to the longest SLC lead-time based on models ordered.
LTL Option
LTL Option is available for up to 3 units per order. Applicable crate and freight charges will apply. Contact your ABG Inside Sales Agent for pricing.
Customer Pick Up Option
As always, customers can place orders for CPU. The applicable SLC lead time will apply.
